2. Submission of Applications and Passenger Details

• All data provided by the client must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Regarding flight bookings, the customer bears full responsibility for entering passenger names in English, date of birth, and passport details Matches the international passport exactly. Any error in the letters may lead to cancellation of the booking or denial of boarding, and the customer alone shall bear the modification fees, if any.
• The client is fully responsible for reviewing and authorising their travel documents and those of their companions (e.g. passport validity for at least 6 months, entry visas for destination countries or transit countries, and required health certificates).
• Providing forged data or documents is prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of the application without any obligation to refund payments made.

3. Flight bookings and airline policies

• “Abour Tour” is a website that works as Online travel agent between the customer and the different airlines. Once booking is complete, you are subject to the Carrier's Terms of Carriage, including baggage policies, allowances, and airport arrival times.
• Flight ticket prices are subject to immediate change and updates by airlines before the payment process is completed and the ticket is actually issued. In the event of a price change during the booking process, the customer will be notified of the new price before checkout.

4. Payment, amendment, and refund

• Service fees and flight tickets are paid in full and in advance through the secure, approved online payment portal on the website.
• Flight Cancellation and Amendment Policy All flight tickets are subject to the cancellation and amendment policy of the operating airline and the type of ticket class booked (refundable tickets, non-refundable tickets, flexible tickets).
• If the customer requests to cancel a booking and the ticket is refundable according to the airline's regulations, the refund will be processed after deducting any applicable airline penalties, in addition to our website's administrative service fee.
• Refunds are processed and returned to the customer's original payment card (via the payment gateway). Only after the airline refunds usThis process may take time depending on the international banking policies in place.

• We do not accept responsibility for the passenger being denied boarding by airport authorities, or for the customer being denied entry clearance, or for delays in processing by official and relevant bodies.

We are entitled to amend these terms and conditions at any time to keep pace with legal updates or changes in the aviation sector, and amendments will be published directly on this page. Your continued use of the site after amendments are published is considered implicit consent to them.
